Bingo is British-accented Doberman and a Pound Puppies operative from Shelter 55 who first appeared in "Nightmare on Pound Street." He is voiced by Charles Shaughnessy.
Appearances
In "Nightmare on Pound Street", he passed off Freddie to Lucky and the other pups at Shelter 17.
He also appeared in "Mutternal Instincts" as one of the international Pound Puppy agents attending the D7.
