Cree Summer Francks (born July 7, 1969) best known as Cree Summer, is an Canadian-American actress, singer, and voice actress. She is perhaps best known for voicing Elmyra Duff on Tiny Toon Adventures, and Susie Carmichael on Rugrats. She provides the voice of recurring character Cupcake and others on Pound Puppies.
