Dinky is a female puppy who first appeared at the beginning of "Homeward Pound." The Pound Puppies engineered events so that she would end up in the arms of a Man at the exact time his family greeted him, causing them to think the Man had brought Dinky for them.
She is voiced by Lauren Tom.
In "Barlow" Dinky made a cameo as one of the sleeping dogs.
