Dolores Withers is a little girl who adopted Dimples in "Working K-9 to 5." She was voiced by Tara Strong.

Dolores wanted to adopt Dimples, but her father was unsure, so he had her deliver copies of his newspaper, The Daily Metro Chronicle, to a neighborhood called Edendale Estates in order to prove that she was responsible enough to have a puppy.
