Millard is a basset hound puppy who appeared in "No More S'mores." Terrified of everything (thanks mainly to his mother), he overthinks constantly about outrageous events happening to him because of simple things (for instance, he thinks that if someone gets him to fetch a stick, it'll stick in his throat, by the way be Very careful when you throw sticks for your dog if not they can get Really hurt, Please tell All your dog owning friends this for canine safety). He was voiced by Grey DeLisle.
During his time with the Pound Puppies, he bonded the most with Strudel, who he affectionatelly referred to as "Auntie Strudel". He was eventually adopted by Jennifer.
He is shy and timid.
