Jundyard Jim is a junkman who appeared in "King of the Heap."
Profile
Strudel had called Jim and told him that there was a junkyard dog (Tyson) available at Shelter 17. Due to a mix-up though, Jim initially ended up adopting Niblet, but later the Pound Puppies brought Tyson to the junkyard to be Jim's dog, and Niblet went back to Shelter 17.
He called both Niblet and Tyson "Elvis", because he believed each to be "the king".
