Lily is a female kitten who only appeared in "Return of the Kittens". She is voiced by Tara Strong.

The Kennel Kittens went on a mission to get Lily adopted by a little girl who lived at the gated community, "Oak Creek Estates". However, the were confronted by the Pound Puppies, who wanted their Finger-mabob device back. Squirt stepped in and convinced them that the Kennel Kittens needed the device more at the moment. Realizing that they could never with good conscience stop an animal from being placed in their perfect home, the Pound Puppies helped the Kennel Kittens get Lily inside the gates and to her person's front door.
