Mr. Ringbinder is a greedy circus ringmaster who appeared in "Dog on a Wire." He was voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson.
He would constantly threaten to drop the act of Trixie and her dogs from the circus. When Strudel (as "Glitterpants") made the act better, he planned to sell all the other dogs. His plan was foiled when Trixie signed on with another circus, leaving him with nothing.
