Nougat is a Fenale Bloodhound puppy who only appeared in "No Dogs Allowed." She is voiced by Cree Summer.

Nougat and her friends Vanilli and Farfel were taken to Shelter 17 by their owners because the landlord of their apartment complex, Mr. Grubo, had issued a ban on dogs. Fortunately, thanks to the work of the Pound Puppies, they were able to get Mr. Grubo to change his mind. The dog ban was lifted, and Nougat and her friends were able to be reunited with their owners.
