Piper is a female puppy who only appeared in "Good Dog, McLeish!". She is voiced by Anndi McAfee.

The Pound Puppies took Piper to her person in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, whom she was very excited and determined to get to, even willing to walk to him by herself. Joining her and the Pound Puppies on their mission to Milwaukee was Leonard McLeish, who had accidentally been hypnotized to think he was a dog. Piper didn't seem to mind this, though; she even referred to McLeish as "Little Baldy".
