Prince Fudgiepaws is Dot's pet hamster.

He was first seen when Dot brought Lucky to her room. He told the frantic Lucky (in hamster-talk) that he should just accept his fate of being Dot's pet, rather then try to escape.
When Lucky ran away rather then take part in Dot's school's talent show, she enlisted Fudgiepaws to be a "ballerina hamster", which made all the kids laugh at them. Lucky arrived soon after and turned the act into a dance number, which all three of them participated in, and which won them the superstar award.
After they returned home, it was Fudgiepaws who convinced Lucky to tell Dot the truth about his work with the Pound Puppies.
