Wagster is a male mutt puppy who only appeared in "Catcalls." The Pound Puppies brought him to his perfect person, Becky O'Bannon, who briefly renamed him "Patches" Ironically he doesn't have a single patch on him. Later Wagster becomes friends with Mittens. But one night, Wagster gets framed for chewing up Mrs. O'Bannon's slippers when it was really Squeak of the Kennel Kittens. As punishment, Wagster gets tied up outside. Later the Pound Puppies and the Kennel Kittens work together to stop Wagster and Mittens from getting sent back to their respective places. It worked out great and Wagster's name gets reverted back.

- his temporary name is shared with another character with the same name
- his voice almost sounds like a slightly low pitched version of Timmy turner from nickelodeons fairly oddparents, a character that was also voiced by grey delise.
