Woof-Bark-Tooth Day is a holiday celebrated by dogs. It commemorates the first time a dog bonded with a human, which dogs celebrate by being with their owners. As such, it is named after that very same dog. The Pound Puppies were seen celebrating it in "Lucky Gets Adopted."
